Omg, stayed at a hotel in ny 🌆, & downstairs there's a cute bar 🍸. The best part: waking up to a city view from my room 👀. Only downside: limited breakfast 🥐. But overall, a fab stay! 🎉

The location was perfect, right in the center of Flatiron, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was smaller and more tired-looking than we expected, with some cleanliness issues. Despite these drawbacks, the convenience of the location made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was straightforward, fairly clean and with quiet atmosphere, I loved the fantastic location close to everything. The continental breakfast was delicious and consisted of fresh bread and hot waffles.

Came in New York City to relax and have fun, this nice basic hotel was nice base for doing it. Variety of options for breakfast including slices of fresh bread and hot waffles. The venue was in a very central location close enough to Times Square, subways, Madison Square Park, and National Museum of Mathematics and shops.

I stay at Heritage Hotel NYC multiple times yearly. Small rooms typical of NYC, but well-priced and centrally located. Complimentary breakfast lacking yogurt. Staff friendly, beds comfy. Walking distance from Penn Station and NYU. Outside noise due to new carpets. a solid choice for the price.

The ADA accessible room at Heritage Hotel New York City was amazing. The braille signage and ADA A/V kits were really helpful for my family member with audio/visual impairment. The Family Suite was spacious, with comfortable beds and a luxurious private bathroom. It was a delightful stay for our family.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the location was absolutely great, right in the heart of Manhattan. Despite being in the middle of the city, our room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. the staff at the hotel were top-notch and always ready to assist with any questions we had. They even helped us with our luggage from the sidewalk. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were very helpful. the location couldn't be better, not too far from Times Square.

During my recent business trip to New York, my director chose the Heritage Hotel New York City for our accommodation. As a guest traveling for work, I greatly appreciated the state-of-the-art fitness center at the hotel. The 24-hour fitness center was well-equipped, providing a perfect opportunity to squeeze in a workout before or after a busy day of meetings and work engagements. As someone who values staying active, this added convenience was a definite highlight of my stay.

The parking is a block walking from the hotel and you need to go until the reception to get the address map, and it’s paid.

the rooms were a bit small, but that's expected in this area. the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I had a neck problem and needed ice. They even assisted my husband in getting extra bags of ice to provide relief. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel's location was spot on - close to all the cool spots, staff were super friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. They had a cool business center and stuff like a mini-fridge and microwave around the clock; the lobby looked gorgeous too with the artsy ceiling. 🏨 Although the hallway noise was a tad bothersome, it didn't mess up the chill vibes I got from the place.

Had a GREAT stay in a hotel in midtown. Breakfast with good cold juice was a delightful surprise. the room with a view was better than in photos. Would choose it again.

The front desk service was exceptional! the staff member, Nipa, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us navigate the city. She even gave us tips on how to find our way around using Google maps. the location of the hotel was also amazing. It was conveniently located near the train station and there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lastly, the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided the best night's sleep.

There were a few things that could be improved. the breakfast was average.

The hotel was super close to this sick dance club with lit DJs and even a spot where we gathered to watch shows on a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Perfect for us party animals!

the room and bathroom have been redone and the bed is very comfy. it's just around the corner from the flat iron building and super close to a subway station. the front desk service was awesome. the lady helped us find the right train and gave us cool google tips.
