Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, near iconic sites and cozy restaurants. The ADA accessible room was ideal. My family had a restful sleep in the spacious suite. The private bathroom was well-equipped. The views of the Empire State Building were stunning. The hotel’s amenities, including free WiFi and a fitness center, were convenient. Being close to the best bars and restaurants was a bonus. Perfect spot for a memorable NYC trip. Don’t miss the Indian cuisine nearby!

The staff at Heritage Hotel New York City were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with efficient AC during a heatwave. The central location was convenient yet away from the city's chaos, and the quick check-in process was a plus. I enjoyed exploring nearby landmarks like Herald Square, Central Park, and Times Square, perfect for family bonding.

At The Heritage, indulge in hand-cut beef tartare at Eleven Madison Park, a divine dining experience that will make your taste buds sing. The hotel's ideal location brings you within arm's reach of culinary gems like La Pecora Bianca and Luke's Lobster NoMad. Plus, the friendly staff and ample breakfast buffet make for a delightful stay.

I keep coming back for the cozy atmosphere, helpful staff, and perfect location. The hot drink in the cold weather was memorable. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and more, it's ideal for my city trips.

The hotel's location near the Flatiron Building and close to convenient subway stations made it easy for our family to explore the city. The free breakfast provided a variety of options and the staff were warm and accommodating. The recently updated room provided a clean, comfortable space for our family to relax after a day of sightseeing.

My wife says that it would have been great to have a larger selection of kids' TV channels available during downtime at the hotel.

The ADA accessible room at Heritage Hotel New York City was amazing. The braille signage and ADA A/V kits were really helpful for my family member with audio/visual impairment. The Family Suite was spacious, with comfortable beds and a luxurious private bathroom. It was a delightful stay for our family.

The lack of a bathtub in the accessible room, but it's just personal preference.

The hotel was straightforward, fairly clean and with quiet atmosphere, I loved the fantastic location close to everything. The continental breakfast was delicious and consisted of fresh bread and hot waffles.

Impeccable Views of the Empire State Building: It was like having a front-row seat to a real-life architectural masterpiece. Every morning, as I sipped my coffee, it felt like I was admiring a grand statue, except this statue had an ever-changing sky as its backdrop.

Small Elevators:

The location of Heritage Hotel was excellent, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by car. The lobby had a stunning ceiling and the elevators were fast and reliable. The staff made us feel safe and welcome, greeting us every time we passed through the lobby.

Lovely experience there. I loved it, including location and staff. Booked a room with modern furnishing. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets was a plus.

Despite being in the middle of the city, our room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were top-notch and always ready to assist with any questions we had. They even helped us with our luggage from the sidewalk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location couldn't be better, not too far from Times Square.

During my recent business trip to New York, my director chose the Heritage Hotel New York City for our accommodation. As a guest traveling for work, I greatly appreciated the state-of-the-art fitness center at the hotel. The 24-hour fitness center was well-equipped, providing a perfect opportunity to squeeze in a workout before or after a busy day of meetings and work engagements. As someone who values staying active, this added convenience was a definite highlight of my stay.

The parking is a block walking from the hotel and you need to go until the reception to get the address map, and it’s paid.

Came in New York City to relax and have fun, this nice basic hotel was nice base for doing it. Variety of options for breakfast including slices of fresh bread and hot waffles. The venue was in a very central location close enough to Times Square, subways, Madison Square Park, and National Museum of Mathematics and shops.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manhattan and had a great experience. The rooms were a bit small, but that's expected in this area. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I had a neck problem and needed ice. They even assisted my husband in getting extra bags of ice to provide relief. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

This fairly clean hotel has a nice reception. The venue is set in a secure area, 15 minutes walk to the metro station.

The front desk service was exceptional! The staff member, Nipa, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us navigate the city. She even gave us tips on how to find our way around using Google maps. The location of the hotel was also amazing. It was conveniently located near the train station and there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lastly, the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided the best night's sleep.

The hotel was super close to this sick dance club with lit DJs and even a spot where we gathered to watch shows on a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Perfect for us party animals!

Wish they had more fun activities for young peeps like us.

the room and bathroom have been redone and the bed is very comfy. it's just around the corner from the flat iron building and super close to a subway station. the front desk service was awesome. the lady helped us find the right train and gave us cool google tips.
